In December, the air is thick with Christian energy. Christmas dominates the atmosphere, pulling countless so-called believers into its glow. For a brief moment, many who ignore their faith all year suddenly rediscover their devotion, attending church services and reciting prayers as if the gesture could erase their hypocrisy. Yet this wave of false piety is short lived. Once December 25th passes, the spell breaks, the churches empty, and life returns to its usual rhythm of indulgence and distraction.
On Christmas Eve, the longing for family takes centre stage. People gather not always out of love, but often out of habit, guilt, or the simple fear of being alone. Some cannot join their families, separated by work, distance, broken relationships, or illness. Others sit among relatives yet still feel an ache of loneliness. But for Satanists, solitude holds no power. The presence of Satan fills the void, his energy is a constant companion, stronger than the hollow comfort of tradition.
To every Satanist who feels detached from the world celebration on this night, a prayer rises for you. May you feel, deep within your heart and soul, the warmth and strength of the one true force you serve. May the love and power of Satan remind you that you are never alone, that his gaze never leaves those who have chosen him fully. In his darkness, there is truth. In his embrace, there is peace.
"My Father Satan, I need you especially on this day. I feel alone, but I know that you are with me, that you see every moment of loneliness and difficulty of your true children, that you collect every tear shed and pour it back over us converted into restorative energy.
Grant me your peace in my heart as I turn to you at this moment. Grant me clarity of thought, understanding, and all the spiritual strength I need.
My Father Satan, I trust in you and believe in your infinite love. I put myself in your welcoming and powerful hands at this moment, I surrender my life to you because I know that a true child of Satan never walks alone and that you always bring into our lives what is best for us.
Ethan."
It is important to say that Satanists can still take part in the celebration, sharing food, laughter, and time with family and friends. The difference lies within us, for while others may lose themselves in tradition, our hearts remain steady, devoted to the one true source of understanding and freedom: Satan.
